As per the email sent through by our Dispatch team on the 6/11/23, we would recommend that customers "check all goods BEFORE you sign for them as we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to goods after this time". Unfortunately, this is not to be considered an indication that the driver will assist in unpacking the goods, which is generally at their discretion.
