“My first delivery was damaged then I was told they didn’t have a replacement. I located the manufacturer and they said that was nonsense and they could deliver me a replacement within 3-4 days. The unit is in three parts the first was delivered to the wrong address two parts missing. I took another day off work and eventually got the second part you guessed it not complete again. I spoke with an Andy and arranged for the third part to be delivered to family he promised to speak to the director for compensation for the catalogue of errors that had happened. You guessed it they never called back. I own lots of houses and buy about three units a year. There are more professional companies out there if you can go elsewhere as I won’t be back. Having my complaint finally ignored was the last straw this is the first negative review I’ve ever left I’m not someone who normally complains but felt this experience needed to be shared”
