“There was nothing in the instructions to explain how the facia attached to the fire. I called up and you sent some magnets (which arrived the next day). Only after I received them did I realise I already had magnetics -- they were attached to the inside of the upper part of the fire. You need to properly package the magnets and make them visible duiring the unpacking of the fire. A note in the instructions would also help.”
