“This is a beautiful fireplace, more that wee expected. We have a large hall and wee did have a upright piano we did not use and decided a fireplace would warm the area . Piano went now we have a comfortable entry for our guests. Only one thing , it was one man delivery, it is a large fireplace and heavy. My husband in 80 years old and we had to help with the delivery. Would be best with a two man. Elderly people are not able to help.”

Regarding our standard free one-man delivery service, and as you may be aware from the delivery information on our website, the drivers "will try to assist as best they can but can only stay at each property for a limited period. They cannot bring the goods inside your house and will leave the goods with you on the delivery pallet".
We do offer an upgraded two-man delivery service at checkout which we would indeed recommend if assistance is needed in transporting goods into the property.
