“I had good service at the show room .
I was told all I needed was a plug and the fire would just slot in .
It arrived in 3 boxes and when I tried to unpack it to charcoal it the guy seemed in a hurry to get off and just said "any problems contact the office."
I then found out it needed assembling and as I live alone I had to get someone in to do it.
Which was not what I was told.
In fairness,I am pleased with the fire now it is place but I think I should have been told it would need assembling .”

It's great to hear that you received good customer service in our showroom and can only apologise for any confusion regarding installation.
To clarify, the electric inset fire itself does not require assembly and is designed just to plug into a mains electric supply and inset into a standard fireplace opening. Because you purchased this with an additional spacer kit and a cast fascia (fire frame), these will have required fitting to the fire upon receipt.
