We are sorry for the inconvenience relating to this order. We can see that our Dispatch team had contacted you shortly after ordering to advise that the glass for the fire in question had been delayed. Dispatch had asked whether you wished to wait or choose an alternative fire, with the delay in mind.
As of today, and as per the email update that has been sent to you by the Dispatch team, the supplier is expecting delivery to yourself in week commencing the 6th January 2025.
As we're sure you can appreciate, heating appliances have been in very high demand through November and December and while we aim to provide the quickest lead times that we can, issues with stock and delivery delays can often be outside of our control.
If there is anything else that we can do to assist at this stage then please do let us know.
