We are sorry for any confusion regarding the fire received.
An approx. 2400mm electric fire would be incredibly heavy and cumbersome to transport leading to a hugely increased risk of damage in transit. It is for this reason that British Fires advertise and sell this model as two connecting 1200 size fires, a dividing polished glass and 2400-size front glass. The customer or installer would then plaster up to the trim of the fire as specified in the installation manual to complete the effect of a 2400 fire.
