“I did write a review but was made out that I refused a delivery which wasn't the case .Just to clarify that you are suppose to get a txt or email to state a time of delivery which never got .It took Will to deliver the fire that got it resolved but then once received the fire received wrong logs as the inside of the fire they had put the wrong inners again Will got this sorted from Moddelo .I did ask for some kind of goodwill credit but this was ignored and was made out that this was my fault not a good experience at all”
