“Nice fireplace but not happy with the whole fireplace as there are specks of black dots in the marble .
I thought they were dust particles in the marble and tried cleaning them with a mictofibre cloth but the specks of black dots did not come out .I contacted direct places and explained the issue but they advised me that the batch is probably the same it happens somtimes .
They did not give me any options like replace or repair basically i took a loss and walked a way.
I was going to purchase another one for the front room but did not bother i will be looking else where.
specks in the hearth in the top shelf in the wall plate make sure if your buying go around check for black dot specks .”
