I cannot praise direct fireplaces highly enough. The original surround supplied was darker than we realised. Customer services were really helpful, contacting the supplier to find out how we could rectify this and arranging a replacement. They phoned annd mailed to keep me informed throughout. Once the changeover was made they contacted me again to make sure everything was in order. So nice to come across such a helpful company.”
