“Ordered MyFireplace Axon Hampton waited the full 26-30 Days before contacting them regarding delivery. I was told they were expecting a delivery that week and they would let me know if the fireplace had arrived on the delivery. I recieved a call to say that the fire place had arrived and delivery would be on the Thursday of that week. A day later I received a call to say that the wrong fireplace had been made. I was the given options either to wait another 4/5weeks or the chance to pick from two options I given in place of the one I ordered. Instead of waiting the 4/5 weeks I opted to take a replacment fireplace which was delivered 2 days later. The fireplace is now installed with minor defects i now wish I waited for the original one I orderd.”
