“Fire is great, damaged fireplace for which I emailed customer service that took 5 weeks for a reply. Promised call backs and investigate my complaint but 6 weeks later still no reply. Not happy with the lack of response and service !!”

We can see that you had made our team aware of an issue with the fireplace received and that our Customer Service team had contacted the supplier for further advice.
We were then informed that your fitter had managed to rectify the problem and that a replacement was no longer required.
