“The product was not as I had expected. I bought it to prevent scratch marks from my dog’s paws but it was too slippery for him to use safely. Also I had to pay £12 to return it!! (because it was so long). That was not refunded!!! I’m used to returning items free of charge. I won’t shop online there again.”
