“This is not a review about painting a car - I finally found that this Matt white spray paint was simply perfect for spraying tyres to be made into planters - I have photos but not sure how to put them on here.
Anyway, if you want to upcycle some old tyres by spraying them white ( or any colour I guess) and filling them with flowers and veg, then this spray is perfect,
