“This paint dries to a good hard finish, although it goes on sort of matt so requires wet emery
& T cut polish to bring up (unlike Hycote & Carplan brands which don't need finishing but
were not available in shades needed). Holts spray tends to go on evenly following any uneven areas, whereas the other brands tend to flow & level out any uneven areas.
The Holts brand surface dries more durable though, & a good range of warm white shades.
Used on metal restoration work on iron sheets.”
