Hello Hadi, Thank you for your review. The condensation in the tube is caused by sterile water evaporating from the agar. This moisture is then trapped inside the tube and suspended in the air. When the temperature then drops, the moisture condenses on the cooler dipslide tube walls and in turn becomes visible as water droplets. This usually happens during transit when dipslides will experience small temperature fluctuations. This is nothing to worry about and as the moisture is sterile, this will not affect any tests. You will also see this when incubating your tests (since the agar will start to heat up). If you need any further clarification, please do let us know and thank you for using dip-slides.com.
