“As above, it was more convenient to test the water at a holiday home myself, than arrange a collection of a sample as most other companies seemed to advocate. The test was straightforward to carry out as well explained diagrammatically and by video. The ease of which the result was recorded is satisfactory. A certificate to leave in the property would have been useful, and my only criticism.”
