Good Afternoon Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, although we’re so sorry to hear about your disappointment with the bedding. As we don't use any harmful whitening chemicals our bedding isn't ‘bright white’ that is achieved with the use of these chemicals. Instead, we have made our bedding to be a ‘true white’, which matches most other white bedding on the market. The cool & crisp fabric can crease a little easier due to the nature of the fabric.
