“5* customer service!
There was a minor error made in the first production (business card corners came square instead of round like ordered), but the handling and speed of the correction was so good I have to give full praise (they issued a completely free reprint).
To add to that I had made a rather serious typo on the first batch making them unusable. Digital printing had no problem updating the design on the reproduction, saving me probably €150 on getting the whole lot redone with an updated design. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with, reproduction was extremely efficient (2 days and it was at the door, perfectly in time for the intended networking event) and the final products where fantastic.
If I had of had the right details in the first place I would have had double the amount of usable cards!
Basically I got another production due to a tiny mistake that digital printing were willing to fix with a whole new batch of cards.
Sounds like a mess, but I couldn't have asked for better service in any way, and so easy to deal with!”
