“The poster was fine. However, it did not reach us on time because of a significant failure of the delivery company. The poster was to be shown at an international research conference. It had been produced by collaborators across several continents. In the end it could not be shown because it did not reach us on time. We had to source the print for an alternative supplier . This cost us significant time and money. The only thing we received was an apology from the delivery company. This was not adequate in this case. Digital printing should review the way to deliver prints.”

Hi Thanks for your review. While you are pleased with the quality of the print, I am sorry there was a delay in the delivery. However we do state that all deliveries are estimated, as the couriers do not provide a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport. It was delivered the next working day. We did refund the delivery costs of your order as a result of the delay, so we did do more than just apologise. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
