Hi Ayman Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order has not arrived as expected. We can see that you have provided a file in RGB colours. These are designed for lit screens and monitors and will appear duller and fader on a printed sheet. We do recommend artwork provided in CMYK for this reason. If can you provide artwork in CMYK we will reprint the order for you. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
