“Shocking delivery delay after delay. DPS sending emails way out of business hours saying a "technical issue" happened, your order will be delayed. Then the same email the next evening. THEN THE SAME EMAIL THE FOLLOWING EVENING. Shocking. Worst of the lot is trying to actually talk to a human. Which is just impossible.”

I am sorry your order did encounter a delay in production due to unforseen technical issue that required repair - this impacted a number of orders and our production time. We did despaatch the order as quickly as possible. I understand the delay also included the weekend when the couriers do not operate, and this added to the frustration.
