“The printed invitations were lovely - good quality and exactly as I wished. Unfortunately the envelopes I ordered arrived already stuck down - as though they had got damp -this meant they tore on trying to open them to fill them. I spoke to a customer service rep' who promised another batch would be sent overnight. However these are yet to arrive and I have now purchased replacements elsewhere.”

Hi Kate Thanks for your review. Although I am glad you are so pleased with the invites I am sorry you received a bad batch of envelopes. We did speak to you regarding this and replacements were sent out - however the tracking is not showing as delivered so I assume they were lost in transit and apologise for this.
