“Fantastic and high quality service. I uploaded 5 x A1 files (each around 50mb each) directly to the website on a Friday and had them delivered the following day i.e. a Saturday. The quality was fabulous. There were very few other sites that were able to enable a direct upload for such lasrge documents. Brilliant.”

“Poster arrived damaged, but the company sent out a different poster at no cost a few days later. It was failry easy and quick to liase with the company via chat, and email but no direct number. It was not next day delivery as such, or same day posters as such, and the quality was as standard. The print quality was different between the two posters. It was quite costly, for not same day, and to be damaged. However, I was pleased it arrived ready in time and that was assured so it is a trust worthy company. Many thanks”

“Ordering was fine and the final product was just what I wanted . Unfortunately the delivery spoiled the whole thing as the estimated delivery was Friday but I didn't get it until Sunday. I know we are in difficult times but to make a same day service work it needs the delivery to work as well.”

Hi Thomas, Thanks so much for the great review. We are delighted you were so happy with your posters but it is frustrating for us too that your job didn't reach you when expected. We are at the mercy of 3rd party courier companies who don't specifically work for DP and that is why we have to estimate deliveries. However, the good news is we do have a 97% success rate on all deliveries so unfortunately you must just have been unlucky on this occasion.
