“Ordering was fine and the final product was just what I wanted . Unfortunately the delivery spoiled the whole thing as the estimated delivery was Friday but I didn't get it until Sunday. I know we are in difficult times but to make a same day service work it needs the delivery to work as well.”

Hi Thomas, Thanks so much for the great review. We are delighted you were so happy with your posters but it is frustrating for us too that your job didn't reach you when expected. We are at the mercy of 3rd party courier companies who don't specifically work for DP and that is why we have to estimate deliveries. However, the good news is we do have a 97% success rate on all deliveries so unfortunately you must just have been unlucky on this occasion. “Excellent customer service. I paid an additional production fee and the higher delivery fee for next day delivery and really needed it by this date to dispatch to my own customers. It did not arrive the next day. I asked to be refunded the delivery fee and the customer service team kindly agreed. This was so helpful and greatly appreciated as I had incurred higher costs getting the prints to my own customers in time. They offered the best service they could to remedy the delay so would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!”
