“Excellent customer service. I paid an additional production fee and the higher delivery fee for next day delivery and really needed it by this date to dispatch to my own customers. It did not arrive the next day. I asked to be refunded the delivery fee and the customer service team kindly agreed. This was so helpful and greatly appreciated as I had incurred higher costs getting the prints to my own customers in time. They offered the best service they could to remedy the delay so would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!”
