Good afternoon Georgia, I hope following our contact things are now clear. Unfortunately you have ordered a landscape "tenfold" card which is why they have arrived orientated in that way. As you can see, no mistake has been made and we provided the product as ordered. Hi Francis, I have tried to give you a call and have left a voicemail and sent an email. Unfortunately your supplied files had the incorrect colour format which is why they have printed a little different than you had expected. If you could please come back to me with corrected print ready files (PDF with CMYK colours) I can have these printed again for you. Kind regards, Ian Digital Printing
