“Christmas cards printed with inside upside down and without the laminated outside as ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen, but instead of reprinting correctly they refunded me so I had to re-order and pay more for express shipping. This was really disappointing as I had had good results using them every christmas for 20 years previously. Reprints were as expected the originals to have been. (what they did was print page 3 on the back of page 1, so page 2 on back of page 4 - I would have thought avoiding this sort of error would be fundamental to a professional printer.”

Hi Neil Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order was not as expected. Unfortunately the print you were expecting is not one we offer. We do not provide a landscape card with the fold on the short side but only as a tent fold with the fold along the top long edge. The print you received was correct with the artwork provided but you had not set it up correctly expecting a different product which is why a new order needed to be placed with a full refund on your previous order. I am delighted that your amended artwork for the correct product with the new order was as expected. Many Thanks Luke
