“The templates are far from easy to use and the explanation given is not clear if you are not a printer. However once overcome the initial difficulty the final product is excellent. Very pleased with the end result.”

I am sorry that you had issues with the design work but unfortunately, we do not offer design support or work as we are a direct-to-print company and ask all artwork be provided print ready. We do provide blank templates for assistance to help with the dimensions and layout needed. I am very glad you were able to sort the design and able to place an order to receive quality prints.
