“It's not my first time I ordered cards from this company, quality it's great and what I wanted . However, I sent a file of a card with the back of the card position wrong, which it was my mistake but I would've loved that the company had spotted this and sent me an email warning me about it, so I could'be sent the right file. Any way. I'm happy w the quality though.”

I am sorry that you felt upset that the file used to print was not as you expected. However we are a direct to print company and do ask for artwork to be provided print ready. “My first couple orders where lovely. Had some color and envelope issues on my last order, but they did fix the printing issue...that was great. However, I either received envelopes too small for my cards...or none at all. After the 3rd attempt, they finally sent me the correct size envelopes. I will try this company again, in hopes that they were just having a bad spell. Hopefully things go back to normal by then, because I did like my first two runs.”
