“Digital Printing were really great to deal with and, considering the postcards I was buying were very reasonably priced, they spent a lot of time helping me sort out a problem. The cards arrived on time and were good - the colour wasn't quite what I had expected, though probably the result of choosing a matt card.”

“Really pleased with my cards! Thank you for great price and fast delivery. I had sent the wrong ‘backside’ pdf to the site, but Digital Printing were able to swop the correct one really quickly. Phew! I can thoroughly recommend!”

“Although the product was fine ufortunately we found the customer service around the last order to be poor following issues once the order had been placed. A year old order was still seemingly present in the basket but was not visible to us as a customer once the order was placed. Despite making the company aware of this once the invoice came through and we saw the differing cost, we were unable to discuss this in a meaningful way with the company. This was dissapointing when the standard of product has been good.”

Hi Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you feel disappointed and let down as we always wish to provide good service. At looking at this I can see you only contacted us when you received the order which contained both jobs. The invoice was sent to you at the time you placed the order and paid for it. There would also have been 2 items listed in your basket when you checked out to pay and complete the order. As we printed correctly both jobs as placed and paid for we could not refund the job. If you had contacted us when you received the invoice at the time of order we could have cancelled it and refunded. I also see that your issue/complaint has been passed to management as we do investigate all complaints and resolve them as best as possible. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“As a first time customer of Digitalprinting, I found that uploading my image for printing was an easy process. However I asked that before the final print a copy of PDF sample be sent to me which the agent arranged but sadly this did not take place and my order arrived with some of the texts not clearly visible.”
