Hi Michal Thanks for your review. I am sorry the prints did nto arrive as expected. Unfortunately your artwork did contain a heavy blank ink coverage is is prone to scratches and we would recommend lamination is added to protect it. We did offer to reprint the order with lamination for you but there was not enough time for this to be completed for you so we did refund the order in full. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
