“My first time using digitalprinting. Initially I was very disappointed with they service - although this was mainly due to faults with parcel force, who took 3 attempts to deliver my order. It finally arrived 8 days later and I was quite disappointed with the result. The box was in a state, the postcards inside were in a mess, many having bent corners, the cut wasn't straight on some either and the plastic wrappers had ripped on several packs. I contact customer services who reissued the whole order. It arrived in 2 days and was perfect - perfect print, cut, wrapping and boxing and parcel force managed to get it to me on time as well that time.”

“The first batch I ordered were printed incorrectly but when I flagged this, my issue was dealt with immediately and a new batch were sent out ASAP, printed perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and the customer service is really quick.”
