“Had a few hiccups -- one on my part, the second on DP's part -- but got my correct order in the end. Print quality and finish is gorgeous. Customer service was prompt & polite, reprinted my order and even gave me a discount code for my next order to apologise for the error.”

“Image not central, Probably my fault. It was my fault as I had not followed the online help sufficiently. I was prepared to accept my error but the customer service team were kind enough to offer a free reprint once this was corrected.”
