“Both myself and the client were disappointed with the clarity of the print. The dots from the printing process remained visible so the text was no longer clear and vibrant, finer elements were lost. The safe zone for printing (on top of the bleed) is wider than required elsewhere which meant the design was compromised. By making the information smaller (to avoid any chance of losing it) will have impacted upon the clarity and having such a wide border was not what we initially intended for the appearance. The service is very good and delivery is quick, for less fine designs in the past I have been more than happy but not this time unfortunately.”
