“[Edited below.] I realise colour control between media when printing from customer files will sometimes have varying results, but I thought my print was way off. Luckily, this was not a problem in this instance and I will adjust my files accordingly in future. [EDIT] Credit where credit is due. I was contacted by their representative about my concerns, and Ian could not have been more helpful. After numerous mistakes on my part to correct the artwork which I now realise was my own stupid mistake, he was patient and helpful. Top marks for after care and I will definitely be using them again.”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order did not arrive as expected. I can see there was communications with you and you were informed there had been a delay by the courier, and the tracking shows the order was delivered on the Monday which is the next working day from delivery. As was explained the delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed as this is not a service the courier offers. With regards to the damage and the print issue, we have not been made aware of these issues to be able to resolve. We always wish to rectify issues promptly and do ask to be contacted directly as soon as possible so issues can be resolved and customers receive the quality prints expected. “Very good quality vinyl graphics but you have to be careful when ordering when you use your own art files, but the finished product is very good and would recommend”

“Just opened the package and pleased with the vinyls. Got a wee bit of work to do on the Plasser & Theurer 76 tonnes crane before they can be applied. Will send a photo when it is completed. Thanks for the service and speedy delivery. Roddie McRae Strathspey Railway.”

“I bought the removable sticker, i couldn't even get it to stick once. Went straight in the bin. However, the customer service is great, and they send me a new vinyl, adapted to my need. I am happy with this one.”
