As a digital print service we ask that you provide CMYK files otherwise we have to convert and this can result in a darker print. “Good quality overall, nice sticking adhesive, almost everything were with exact measures, but on one of the sheets I've noticed a shrink of 2-3mm on the width, so the two stickers I had in that sheet were a bit smaller on one side, but not noticeable at all. One of the designs seemed to not be sent correctly because I am missing some of the layers (the marquee is missing the red background and some of the lines surrounding the "retro arcade" text, but again I could solve it and it's not noticeable. Thanks for a good job.”

“The quality was fine but the size was wrong and one side was damaged in transit. A replacement was offered and promised to arrive by next day delivery. It arrived three days later, too late for the event it was required for.”

Hi Fiona, Thanks for leaving us a review, as per your contact with the customer service team we reprinted your order immediately and dispatched a new order as quickly as possible, unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions over the UK and Ireland and the location to where the items were being delivered (Isle of Skye) it wasn't possible for the courier to deliver by the expected due by date so we are sorry that you didn't receive your items on time for the event, this was an unforeseen weather event that affected the entire UK which was out of our control, we appreciate all customer feedback and as you have seen we endeavour to rectify problems as soon as possible, if we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
