“I used to get top quality 60 x 40 inch outdoor pastable posters from Digital printing, but of late their quality control has been slipping to the extent of the last one being only just useable due to feint but distinctly visible bands of a pink colour throughout a subdued yellow backgground colour. I drew this to their attention via email conversation with their so called sales support department, but basically just got fobbed off with standard excuses re Ts & Cs for usage. I know from previous experience of the product that there must have been a process fault this time but they won't admit it. As a result they've lost an admittedly low volume but regular customer (about six posters a year)”

Hi Ian Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the order has not arrived as expected and especially the way you felt our response was provided. Large outdoor posters are designed for viewing from a distance, so they can appear to be lower quality when viewed close up. This is not a T and C issue, but a practicality, so we cannot guarantee a high-quality close-up print with these prints. There will be variation and some, depending on the image size and material, will have variations in close-up quality. You did use the print and commented that it was not as bad when put up. “Very slick service. Totally satisfied with the product. I moved to Digital Printing from Instant Print because they deliver on time, most likely becasue they use Parcel Force and NOT DPD!!! Well done.”

“I had a mixed experience with digital printing. I ordered some A2 outdoor posters and was very pleased with the speed and quality of the the print but when I ordered some more the print quality was very poor! I contacted customer services and they looked into the issue and reprinted them at no extra charge. The problem was quickly rectified.”
