“Apparently there was a problem with the website (meaning I couldn't order the type of print I was hoping for), so whilst the ordering and delivery was all great, within a week of putting them up the printed surface has started to peel and flake. They were quick to offer replacement print once the mistake had been pointed out.”

Hi Paul Thank you for you order and this review. We do our very best to be competitive and supply the highest quality possible so thank you for saying this, we really appreciate it. For the deliveries at the moment unfortunately everyone is struggling as the couriers cope with an increase in demand in their services over Christmas and the additional knock on effects of the ever changing covid pandemic. Unfortunately this is beyond our control so all we can do in the meantime is provide the best service and product we possibly can. “The print quality is relatively low with lots of dithering going on and not particularly vibrant colour – but the price is also low so I’m happy with the result for the amount I paid.”

Hi Jamie, Thanks for getting in touch with us. I am sorry you are not happy with the order. I have checked and the reason the colours are dull is due to your artwork being uploaded as RGB and not CMYK. When this is converted to CYMK, colours can and do change and make the print look washed out. I would love to help you out and have dropped you an email.
