“Having used your services before, and being deeply impressed by them, it was only natural to come back to you. However, my latest experience has left me rather dissatisfied. Last year, I ordered some new booklets for my church, and they are still in perfectly good condition. When ordering some new booklets with the same specifications as before, the quality, and printing, are not of the same standard. Before any of the booklets had been used, some of the front covers started to curl inwards. Certainty not what I was expecting. Then on closer examination inside the booklets, whilst some of the booklets had been printed in order, others had not. How such inconsistency happened, I'm not sure. Sadly, I am left rather frustrated by this experience.”

“Digital Printing did a very good job at a good price. At first I ordered the wrong product. But they contacted me quickly and helped me cancel the first order with a refund and so I was able to reoder the correct printing product. The turnaround times were good too. I can recommend them.”

“I would like to particularly thank Digitalprinting Customer Services as there was a printing error with my recent order and this was dealt with immediately and I received the amended order promptly within 5 days of notifying them. I have dealt with Digitalprinting for a number of years and would defnitely recommend them as allthough being a digital company, it is always possible to telehone and speak to the relevant person, which I personally find advantageous.
