“Once again your company have been let down by your choice of delivery company. Having placed my order with sufficient lead time, DPD then lost part of the order, claimed we had refused it (despite delivering part of it) and then did nothing about it except to claim the address was wrong (even though it was the same as the delivered order). Our delivery was then late for the event for which they were required. PLEASE change your delivery company! This is a consistent fault and whilst your print quality is great it is making me severely question ordering from you in the future.”

Whilst we would love to be able to ensure save delivery on time, unfortunately we have no direct control over the courier's operations, though we do work closely with them to ensure this and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive in time.
