“My questions before working on the music score were answered quickly and the final product - as with the many different products I've ordered before - were printed and bound to a top standard. The only way it could have been better, is if it was made and therefore dispatched from my nearest DP office which is in Milton Keynes. These arrive the following day from the dispatch notice which is usually about 3 days from placing the order. A few orders like this one, were printed in Belfast and this meant a 4-day delivery time, 6 days from when I placed the order. You don't know where it's being printed until you're giving the tracking number on the courier's website. A final improvement would be in providing a thumbnail of each file being visible in each upload window - I had 60 pages to upload and seeing each one as well as the file name would give that bit of extra reassurance that they were in the correct running order. I'm very satisified with the overall service and quality of print and will keep coming back for future orders.”

“Excellent service - they were very helpful when I noticed a spelling mistake in my order, thankfully it was soon enough so it was able to be changed. They talked me through it and answered all my questions which I really appreciated, and then when the booklets arrived they looked great.”
