“We took the paper type defaults for a 44 page saddle stitch booklet for my Father's WW11 memoir based on his handwritten notes. The printing process was simple and efficient(apart from me getting the number of pages wrong). The quality was better than I expected, and will be happy to provide copies to my family.”

“It was good. I asked them to print me some saddle stiched booklets and they did exacly that. It wasn't too long before the saddle stiched booklets I asked them to print were printed and then they sent them to me which was a nice touch because otherwise I wouldn't have had them. They looked nice too, the covers were the right way up and everything. I did have to pay them though, otherwise they probably wouldn't have done it at all, which I suppose is fair enough really.”

“Did not receive my order and had to get a refund, delivery partners were shocking however staff handled the situation very well so the staff were perfect”
