“This recent print run of five perfect bound books was indeed perfect, but it is a re-print of the same order which I made a couple of months ago. On that occasion, the lady who dealt with the order informed me that she had turned the last few pages of diagram 90 degrees and asked if this was OK. I informed her that it was not and that I wanted them to be landscape, just as I had sent them. She then re-sent the file and, without examining it properly, I foolishly told her that it was all right. In fact, it contained exactly the same mistake as before. So it was finally my fault, but an unnecessarily costly mistake! The person dealing with the second print order made no such alteration and the result was excellent!”
