“Let me start by saying unequivocally that the every aspect of the perfect bound books I received were excellent. One thing I would mention is that the help notes when ordering to work out the pages were not clear. I ordered one book and got two due to my error. I was hoping that seeing I only ordered one book if I had made a mistake with the number of pages once printed someone from customer service could have called and explained to me what was the correct number of pages and ask if I wanted the second book or refund the difference if applicable. As it stands that was not done and I received two books. Two perfectly printed books. And so all things being equal I will definitely be using them again for all my printing but will call customer service to get help and confirmation before placing any more orders. Thank you for your excellence!!!”

We print this size two at a time through the printing press and as the second copy was perfectly fine we sent it out to you as well with no extra charge.
