“Staff were very helpful with my small perfect book design, quickly resolving a couple of uncertainties I had with the perfect bound ID template. That said, I think it could benefit from giving the way pages are labelled a rethink. I was a little disappointed with image quality. I think this was partly down to me - I should’ve asked for a copy of your colourspace file (could this maybe be added to downloads on your website?) before converting to CMYK. I also think on the heavier weight paper I used probably a TAC of 280% was lower than it needed to be. I did ask about that but you didn’t reply. Having said that everything else re service speed etc was great. So I would come back, but maybe look for a couple more answers before printing.”

We do provide free sample packs that contain each paper type and gsm with finish options We are a direct to print service and do nor offer design services and therefore ask that artwork is provided print ready when placing an order. “Amazing quality! And came withing 2 days. It was a panic order for me to get some publications in time to showcase at my degree show as there were problems with another company...should have gone with digital printing to begin with because these copies are better!!! Highly reccomend and will use in the future.”

“Really pleased with this short print run considering the fast turnaround time. Triple the quality (punchier, richer black and paper stock/finish) in half the time compared to a previous print supplier. This particular print run was for a photojournalist showcasing their work in a 'zine' format. Pretty much all images span across double page spreads, b/w with a couple colour photographs. Any expected 'movement' of the paper during the printing process was barely noticeable (images joined up correctly across spreads), leaving both the client and myself pleased with the results and confident to enlist DP's services in the foreseeable.”

“I’m happy with the quality of the books and would like to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the first effort went poorly because I hadn’t spotted the need for a separate cover pdf for both types of book, stapled and perfect bound. So wasted £40. This should have been pointed out to me before the print was made.”

We do provide hints and tips for all our products that illustrate how to layout outwork and do state pages need to be in order starting with the front page .
