I am sorry that your order did take so long but we did need to send you a PDF proof of your artwork as it was sent as a word document and not as the PDF file we recommend for automatic printing. “Great quality perfect bound book with matte cover paper, looks really professional. Recieved a lot of great help from the staff online who helped sort out any confusion or printing issues and managed to still deliver in a quick timeslot. Excellent print and staff, reccomend.”
