“I have used this company many times and the print quality and timeliness are usually great. However on the last occasion particularly, the delivery failed and I was forced to visit my local post office (which wasn't that local and cost me parking charges and an hour of my time) to retrieve the printed items. I don't feel this is a good service when my colleagues were in the office all day and noboday attempted the planned delivery. Therefore for this reason, and only for this reason I have given you 3 rather than 5 stars.”

Good afternoon Julia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, though I am sad to see that you have left a negative review despite my colleague Luke investigating this matter for you and providing a full breakdown of what happened via email. To recap, We have requested the GPS location of the Parcelforce delivery driver which shows that they were at your property at the time advised on the tracking. As no one answered the package was taken to a local post office for collection. This was for your convenience, rather than return to the depot and cause a longer delay. I am sorry to hear that this inconvenienced you and that you had to pay for parking, unfortunately, this is not something within our control. “These were a repeat of initial order, with slight artwork change only - but because of good outcome on initial order, we bought a higher quantity with confidence - and so reduced cost per piece which is what we needed to do. the print qualituy and feel of finished leafet/brochure is excellend and again, the turn round/delivery time beat expectations altogether. V. happy with both product and service. Price on this item is also favourable - not least as it's a specific A5 sized 8pp gatefold that is hard to find alt. suppliers for.”
