“The leaflets for Hammersmith & Fulham u3a themselves are of a high quality. However, DigitalPrinting sent them to the wrong address, viz. the Treasurer's address instead of my (the Chair's) address, even though the confirmation email from them stated that the parcel was being sent to me. The Treasurer was on holiday for two weeks and therefore the first delivery was unsuccessful. The Treasurer then redirected the delivery to the my address. However, thanks to the total incompetence or Royal Mail / Parcelforce, the package is continually being sent to the Treasurer's address (even though they are sending me emails informing me of the unsccessful delivery). This has happened four times already. I have telephoned Royal Mail (a 30 minutes wait) and then Parcelforce (another 30 minutes wait) who have tried to convince me that the package is being sent to the redirected address. I know they are not sending the package to my address as I was at home all the time and they have never left a card stating that the delivery was unsuccessful. I am currently telephoning Parcelforce again (another 50 minutes wait this time). Admittedly, most of the problem is the total incompetence of Royal /mail / Parcelforce but I wouldn't be in this situation if DigitalPrinitng had correctly addressed the package. I am not in the best of moods.”

Hi Neville Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was an issue with your delivery. However the delivery address used is the address you provided at the time of ordering and shown on the invoice emailed to you at the time you paid for the order. The couriers policy is am attempt needs to be made the address provided before any redirection can be requested.
