“Came out well. Not clear from website that PDF needed to have no security at all; however, staff were quick to contact me and this was sorted quickly, resulting in no delay to getting the printing done. As my leaflet had no background, I had to call to establish that not having a bleed was no problem.”

We ask for print ready files at the time or order and any form of security password will prevent us from accessing your pdf. Although we do prefer when bleed is applied, this is not always necessary in cases where there are no images or backgrounds which are intended to run to the edge of the finished page and text/images are kept away from the safe area.
