“The leaflets for Hammersmith & Fulham u3a themselves are of a high quality. However, DigitalPrinting sent them to the wrong address, viz. the Treasurer's address instead of my (the Chair's) address, even though the confirmation email from them stated that the parcel was being sent to me. The Treasurer was on holiday for two weeks and therefore the first delivery was unsuccessful. The Treasurer then redirected the delivery to the my address. However, thanks to the total incompetence or Royal Mail / Parcelforce, the package is continually being sent to the Treasurer's address (even though they are sending me emails informing me of the unsccessful delivery). This has happened four times already. I have telephoned Royal Mail (a 30 minutes wait) and then Parcelforce (another 30 minutes wait) who have tried to convince me that the package is being sent to the redirected address. I know they are not sending the package to my address as I was at home all the time and they have never left a card stating that the delivery was unsuccessful. I am currently telephoning Parcelforce again (another 50 minutes wait this time). Admittedly, most of the problem is the total incompetence of Royal /mail / Parcelforce but I wouldn't be in this situation if DigitalPrinitng had correctly addressed the package. I am not in the best of moods.”

“Top quality job from start to finish. Easy to use website, excellent paper stock options, options for delivery, and the end product is, in my view the best digital output in the UK. Long may this company continue, why go anywhere else! I could easily use a local printer to me, but i know 100% they cannmot match Digital Printing Online in any aspect of their business, but the main one being the final product. Many thanks yet again for delivering another great job to a satisfied client.”
